H&M operates in 62 countries with over 4,000 stores and as of 2015 employed around 132,000 people.[4] The first store was opened on the high street of Västerås, Sweden in 1947.[5] It had 2,325 stores at the end of 2011, and 2,629 stores at the end of August 2012[6] and opened its 3,000th store in September 2013 in Chengdu, China.[2] It is ranked the second largest global clothing retailer, just behind Spain-based Inditex (parent company of Zara), and leads over the third largest global clothing retailer, United States based Gap Inc. The company has a significant online presence, with online shopping available in 32 countries, COS in 19 countries, Monki/Weekday in 18 countries each, and other stories in 13 markets, and Cheap Monday in 5 markets.[7][8]

Wesley WalesWesAnderson (born May 1, 1969) is an American film director, film producer, screenwriter, and actor. His films are known for their distinctive visual and narrative style.[1]

He was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay for The Royal Tenenbaums in 2001, Moonrise Kingdom in 2012 and The Grand Budapest Hotel in 2014, as well as the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature for Fantastic Mr. Fox in 2009. He received his first Academy Award nomination for Best Director and won the Golden Globe Award for Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy for The Grand Budapest Hotel in 2014. He also received the BAFTA Award for Best Original Screenplay in 2015.
